All this time I have been using a knife. This peeler takes just a second to slice any fruit. Has little forks to share. Don't need to touch the item being sliced. Had handles, blades just slide right through. Price was worth it.

With the high grips on this apple cutter the control is very good and you don't have to worry about smashing your knuckles on the table or cutting board. this is a well built sturdy appliance and I recommend it especially for arthritic hands

I love the placement of the handles. The blades were very sharp. I did have my doubts about cutting and orange which did not work for me. It was perfect for cutting the apple without feeling like the handles would break off!

Good gadget to have in your kitchen

This is only good on small apples me being a senior citizen. It's a little hard to push down all the way once you get into medium or large apples it doesn't center the core and when you push down hard, be careful because it'll shoot up juice on your face.

Design is good. The cutting edge is absolutely dull. It is so dull that it cannot slice an apple except with great strength impressing it down on the Apple. When you touch what it's supposed to be the cutting edge, there is no sharpness. This item does not work. Do not buy it
