Reliable, Hot, and Strong Without the Hassle

Anonymous May 2, 2026

The Keurig K-Supreme Smart is extremely easy to use (9/10), makes genuinely hot coffee (9/10), and the extra strong setting actually improves flavor without overpromising (8/10). Overall, it's about an 8.5/10. It's simple, consistent, and does what you need quickly!

The Keurig brand of coffee makers is top notch and reliable. This is our second Keurig to own in 15 years. Based on our first Keurig, longevity and consistency in product use made me want to purchase another Keurig. The current model we purchased is more user-friendly as there is a handle on the water reservoir to pull off the coffee pot. You can go to fill up the water at the sink and set it right back down and you're ready to make coffee easily and quickly. The reason we purchased it from Walmart prices or more competitive and I like to support stores that are the best price for what we need to spend on items

Good but not great!

Treasea June 5, 2026

Makes good coffee but like other people reported, the smart feature does not work. I personally don't need a smart coffee pot but the notification to connect it to wifi can't be turned off so that is really annoying. I tried every way under the sun to get it to connect just to get the pop up to go away. I started to take it back but it's the only one my Sam's had and it was like $30 off so I feel like I got a good deal on it. Others even at Walmart are more expensive. I like the size of the water reservoir. Has options for sizes and brew strength. Does what I need it to but don't buy it for a smart device! A good coffee pot but Keurig needs to program it where the smart feature can be turned off or at least work.

Extra price for extra, unnecessary features

BrowlessBowser February 27, 2026

The TL;DR: the Smart features are overbearing and mostly useless. Comes with Smart features with a connected app that might be handy for some people, but I didn't see myself using. I was hoping the scheduled brew would be useful, but you have to open the app and "activate" the brew. I know this is to make sure there's a fresh pod and a cup to catch it, but "analog" brewers don't require this. It renders the scheduler pointless. You can't schedule a brew for tea because you can only get hot water from the "Hot Water" setting, and that's not available in scheduling on the app. It knows what pods you put into the brewer, and has preset recommended settings for them, which is neat, but then it tracks your usage to then try to sell you more pods (and a subscription). There's now 5 nozzles instead of 1, to control brew strength, which is nice, but if you use self-fill pods, you'll need new ones, and I don't know if any 3rd party pods will work because they'll likely lack a recognizable QR code.

Compact and perfect for small spaces.

Binks May 10, 2026

Nice and compact. Easy to refill the canister although it dose not hold a lot. But that make it easier for carrying from sink. Now the down side. The filter cartridge does not fit snug and wobbles. So not sure how much gets past the actual filter. You do not get a pod cartridge to fill your own type of coffee grounds.

Lateral Move

Nancy E January 19, 2026

I replaced my current Keurig with this model because it took up less space, seemed easier to fill and had brew options that my current one did not. The temp setting was important to me because I like my coffee hot, however, this model does not give me hotter coffee even when set to "max hot". I still have to microwave for 20 sec. And the brew strength doesn't seem any different from my previous model. It does take up less space and is easier to fill, but it feels like a lateral move otherwise. Not really much of an improvement. Don't hate it, but don't love it either.

Does not Meet Expectations

Michael May 13, 2026

I've been a long‑time Keurig user, but this product completely missed the mark. The coffee grounds back up inside the pod and end up in the cup, making the coffee gritty and undrinkable. I tried multiple pods just to be sure, and the issue happened every time. Very disappointed in the quality and performance.

Does not brew properly

melanie March 12, 2026

Love the look and size of the Keurig. Constantly messing up a pod or cup of coffee. Set it on 6 ounces to get water out of it and it spits out a tablespoon of water done everything I can for this thing de-scale cleaned it put new filter in. Going to make a cup of coffee and it goes into an error code. Coffee grounds in cup. Very loud and waste too many pods on this. Called Keurig got a second one does the same thing. When it decides to work it makes a great cup of coffee.

Coffee

Sunny January 22, 2026

Have used Keurig coffee pots for many years. Always had good luck with them. First time purchase of the one cup water dispenser. First one did not last very long. Purchased the second one due to pricing. 49.95 plus tax. Will see how long it works. Will go back to the larger one if it does not last long.

Keurig Software Outdated

Holly December 2, 2025

The software installed on this Keurig is outdated and will not connect to phone or WIFI. After many hours of attempting to connect, I contacted Keurig and they gave me this information. I will need to make a warranty claim.
