Using these for years. But, must say Calcium .

I have used this product for over 10 years and this is my ultimate calcium supplement. Because it is in a 2/1 ratio with magnesium and contains 15 mg zinc and vitamin D3, AND is in a soft gel form, I believe it is ultimately absorbed by the body. This makes my teeth whiter, among other health benefits! Smoother moves in the elimination department, and better nights sleep :)

The product is fine. They are just too difficult for me to swallow. Now that I am older I am finding that capsules are easier to swallow then larger tablets. For many other people it may not be a problem

looks like small capsules on label. B is only a "facsimile. " capsules are huge!
