I order this product because it is said that the majority of us need to ingest more magnesium. I love that they are softgels, even though they are rather large in size, I get really great results ftom using this particular one. The price is affordable and they give a 30 day supply in the bottle.

I used these for awhile but dound it was to high of a doaage for me. i would buy again if i needed this dosage. I'm a 59 year woman. Still give them five stars because they do work, but a little to powerful for myself.

THESE PILLS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SOFT GELS BUT WERE NOT THEY ARE BIG AND HARD I CAN NOT SWALLOW THEM ALMOST CHOKED ON THEM NOT FOR ME
