Kathy Smith's Step Workout: The Complete Series (DVD)

It's a great video and it has levels that you can work up to. If you have a small stepper like me you just have to adjust slightly to accommodate a smaller space. It was a little fast for me at first but after the third time I got it lol I add my own stretches to my workout as well for my shoulder while they are doing the more advanced workout that I'm not ready for yet but I like watching so I get motivated. I do a yoga one too in order to switch it up and not get bored lol and a belly dance one i luv the videos I like to dress like them when I workout, to feel like part of the class ! 😂

I really love this step workout. It doesn't bother me at all that it is an older workout. I exercise a lot and thought it would be easy but I was wrong. It is a great workout. I also like that Kathy is really good about telling you what is coming up so you don't get lost.

If you wanna sweat off the pounds or just shape up, this DVD will do the trick. I've been using this for 2 weeks now and I'm impressed! After the warm up and the first 12 minute work out I'm sweating like crazy! It took me only once thru to get used to the moves, after that it was easier to follow.

I used to do step aerobics back in the 90's and got away from it when I had my last child and went back to work. I've been walking and doing upper body strength training for the most part the last several years, but with cold weather fast approaching I decided to try and get back into step aerobics for the winter months. I remembered how great it was for me and how much I enjoyed it. I had already gotten rid of my old Kathy Smith VCR tapes and the lone DVD that I had, but I found this one and surprisingly it was one of the same one that I used loved back in the 90's! Just a different cover. It's easy to learn and you can just add on levels as your fitness increases. A great work out!

This is the workout I used to do back in the 90's. It's a great workout and it's fun too.

A great workout. Easy to learn. No matter what age you are 20's or 50's you'll burn calories.

Oldie but still a goodie!!

Great DVD! Its a God sent , during this pandemic when I can't go to the gym. Kathy Smith is very easy to follow. I just do the 3 segments of Step which takes me 40 minutes

This may be an older dvd,but what a good solid workout. Did warmup, workout 1&2 and arms plus cooldown. Works you out. I sweat like crazy. This works.
