Shipping is ridiculously expensive!!!! The bird food is fine,I made a mistake not checking the shipping cost.

I did not receive the birdseed.
I never received this order of birdseed. It was to be delivered. The tracking showed it was delivered, but the post office never received it according to their records I contacted Walmart Customer Service. The man I talked to first assured me my account would be credited, but he referred me to another department to get the refund set up. I got a reply from that department that it had been delivered, %26 there would be no compensation. I talked with the local USPS, %26 they assured me according to their records it had never been received. I think I should receive credit for this. This is the first time I have not received the delivered purchase. Walmart %26 USPS are to not taking responsibility for the delivery, %26 I'm the one that gets holding the bag with no recourse or birdseed.
