It was a gift for a friend of mine who is on a walker and it's a very hard time putting on her shoes. She loves it and that's all I care about and ease of operation. You just pull it out. It's perfect for her and the design color and appearance are great.

I purchased this telephonic shoe horn as a gift to my Massage Therapist, she has a hard time bending over to help me get my shoes on, and she loved it! Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Very sturdy and well made. Wish I had purchased one years ago. The telescoping long handle is long enough; I'm 6' 4" and it's long enough for me. I'd buy again.

Seems a little frail when fully extended, since it telescopes like an old style car antenna, but very comfortable to use and I just extend from the base (thicker end) and do not open the last two segments. Plenty long enough that way and I like it too much to take chances. Note that I am a bit clumsy balanced on the one foot!

I ordered this due to limitations following hip replacement surgery, as my legs are too long to use the typical 17" shoehorn included in my "hip kit" (a collection of aids to be used for hip replacement surgery recovery. This shoehorn does provide the length I need, but it's a bit weak when fully extended. I might have been better served with a solid long shoehorn rather than one that telescopes. However, it mostly does the job for me, and would be a good option for someone who travels, since it collapses back down to a shorter length.

It's functional and I like it. Good value for money and useful to have it. However, since it is extendible it also retracts under even small pressure. There should be a locking mechanism to hold it in place once extended. Also, the handle is ridiculously small which is annoying.

It doesn't have a lock on it to keep it one height. The picture shows a locking hole but it doesn't have it. The hole is too big or too small for the locking pin which is too small or too big. One way or the other it doesn't lock so it's useless.

The item was not junk. But I found it to be to flimsy to use to put on my work boots. It was long enough but the paddle that goes into the shoe was not wide enough for me. The collapsible part was very convenient, but the shaft was too flimsy and will probably break down over time. For light use ok but for work boots not ok.

I have not received my order as of 09:30 3/20/2026. It was due to be delivered on 3/19/2026. I have checked garage area, back door, front door, downstairs front door, mailbox. I have completely walked all the way around my house. No delivery package. Please let me know where it is or refund my money.

Product looked very nice, was good in concept, but bent and was un-usable after the first time using it. Piece of crap!! Will never purchase this or anything similar ever again.
