Kellogg's All-Bran Original Breakfast Cereal, High Fiber, Family Size, 18.6 oz

This stuff has so much fiber it takes a while for your gut to adjust. i eat about a quarter of a cup every day, which basically makes up for the fiber poor foods I eat the rest of the time. As breakfast cereals go, this one is pretty boring, but it serves an important purpose.

If you have the old recipe for bran muffins that called for Kellogg's All Bran (you can order from Walmart) and Nabisco 100% Bran (which they don't make anymore), you can substitute two cups of Kellogg's All Bran for the Nabisco 100% Bran. Pour the 2 cups of boiling water over the substituted All Bran and let it soak up all the water. The muffins taste just as great with the Kellogg's All Bran. Thank you, Walmart, for keeping me supplied with the Kellogg's All Bran. You made me so happy that I can still make my mother's recipe for bran muffins!!!

Love Bran Buds, and they have gotten harder to find. Walmart has them at a good price. I like adding BBs to my smoothies - great stuff. Glad to have a reliable supplier for my Buds!

This is a very good product. The taste is good enough to eat dry. I put a tablespoon of (this soaked in water) in my pancake batter using 1/3 c. complete pancake mix. It works well in many breads and coffee cakes.

Fiber cereal is not glamorous on its own, but I find it a good addition to other foods. Put some in yogurt or cottage cheese for some crunch. Put some in any cereal for added fiber. Sprinkle a tablespoon on ice cream for a nutty crunch. I prefer these "buds" as opposed to fiber powders because of the crunch appeal, and frankly powders taste like sawdust to me.

All Bran was a favorite for my Grandmo ther to give. Lots of other cereals as well. This one in particular moves with fiber contents of gut along fairly well. Breakfast cereal with garden picked grown strawberries for kids is fun. My kiefer banana with dark chocolate chips nuts plus blueberries gets Allbran in a lunch shake.

This cereal has productive fiber. If you would like to be regular in the bathroom, then eat this cereal. Taste is okay but that's not why you are buying this product.

While this is a very healthy product and it is a part of my daily breakfast routine for 22 years, the price of this product has gone up astronomically since the pandemic.

You sent me All Bran Buds rrather than All Bran Original that I had ordered all You sent me All Braan buds bran

I received only 11 packages - of those one was very crushed and 2 packages were not Kelloggs All Bran but General Mills Fiber One!.. I ordered 12 boxes of Kelloggs All Bran and only have 8 that are standing upright in my cupboard. Whoever packed my order was not having a good day. Photos are in my phone but I give up on trying to put them below.
