got confusing putting it together because I was looking for a bag of nuts and bolts and a little wrench and no tools came with it no bag of nuts and bolts any nuts and bolts for attached to the front tire and by the seat as well as the handlebars other than that it was pretty simple to put together

Needs rims trued
Well made bike. The rims were not true at all though so I had to spend a few hours truing the rims but the components were decent and the kiddo liked it. You're going to want to be handy to factor in taking to a bike shop to get the rims true. Overall good bike for the price.

It is a really nice bike, but it was missing the rapid seat adjustments part so I had to order one from Amazon.

Hard to follow assembly instructions
The bike is a nice bike, but the instructions to put it together will drive you insane. It is so hard to follow the instructions. I finally had to go to YouTube to get it done. I should have to. The kick stand is also very loose. There is nowhere to tighten it. The bike keeps toppling over. If it wasn't such a pain in the neck to put it back in the box, I would just return it. I'm deeply disappointed that you need to be a mechanic of some sort to put a simple bike together.

Never buy this bike
I got this bike for my nephew and now I have to return it the pedals are on wrong on the left side!!! Can't get the brake put together on one side !! I'm very disappointed with this bike !!! My nephew would have loved it !!! I have to go shopping and get him a different bike!!! Don't by this bike ever!!!

Vary unhappy and dissatisfied
this 20'' boys Dread Bike arrived today with two other bikes the box had damage all over it ans it was also taped up i oped it up and I think it must of fell off the truck and ran over several times wheels are bent along with several other parts I have this for one of my grandchildren and will not have time for a new one to get here . Please advise me of what to do with this bike ? thank You Roger Swingle

Kent International is unreliable
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a bike, and then roughly 11 days later the purchase was refunded with no explanation. Now I'm scrambling to get my other child a bike in time for Christmas so she's not the only one of three that doesnt have one. Very frustrating! This manufacturer IS NOT RELIABLE. Dont waste your time or effort.
