This particular Mongoose reminded me of my youth! This was a gift for my 10year old son. He's gone through bikes like crazy. He honestly wears them out. They were cheaper brands and I guess to be expected. This new mongoose has the big fat tires and a sturdy frame as I remember. He loves it! We've had decent weather here in the Midwest and rides it to school everyday. It's going to be reliable and last awhile! Very happy with Wal-Marts assembly also. On point and did a great job! Over all this was a great and memorable purchase.

I bought this for my son's 7th birthday band I have to say it is very heavy duty quality. I purchased it online so I had little expectations for the quality it would be. It is made from very heavy duty metal and seems very heavy and sturdy. I can ride it also without feeling like it is going to break. The pegs are very sturdy metal. And the handlebars seem to be attached to the body very well.

I bought this bike for my son, he loves it! I put it together by myself (mom) and it wasn't to bad. Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. Maybe took 30 to 45 minutes.

Bike was built sturdy. No need to tighten things down after receiving. I usually check. Grandson liked the appearance and was off riding right away. Good sturdy bike and was on sale.

We got this for a grandchild. He LOVES it! He spent hours this first week he's had it riding a pump track, paved trail, grass and gravel trail. It has been great in every situation.

At this point you're paying for the bake mongoose %26 that's it. The kickstand sucks and won't hold the bike up, the handle bars continuously move %26 loosen even though they're as tight as you can make it, and the chain guard is constantly causing issues.

This bike was ordered a Christmas gift for my son. It was delivered today with NO BOX, assembled and completely damaged with scratches all over the frame and handle bars. This was very clearly a USED bike. His Christmas surprise was almost ruined… who delivers an item with no box lying down on the concrete not even standing up?!!! Beyond disappointing

The one star review is for the first bike that was delivered out of the front of the guys car. It was missing front pegs, had brake grease / bird poo on the handlebars and along the frame, stickers were faded and scratches on the front and rear forks…. We had to drive back to the local Walmart and go through the exchange process…. Do better Walmart!

my son loved this bike the only thing is the bearings was going out. we should have checked it in the store but we didn't . soon as he rode it for the first time he notice that the bearings were going out so we took it back
