This is so much more compact than the other Keurig we had. I am not a coffee drinker, but I use my hot chocolate in the winter. My husband uses this all the time. You can see the water container a lot easier in this machine, so you know when you need to add water. It was on sale, so it was a great deal.
Wore out our last Keurig. We just wanted a single serve that'd also do travel mugs, including iced coffee. No carafe or other seldom used features (for us anyway). So this model's perfect. Like that it has a large reservoir, the level of which is visible from the front, and its handle is handy. And like that it makes many serving sizes (from 4 to 12 ounces). The stainless steel cladding looks great and it goes with our kitchen appliances. We've had many Keurigs over the years.
Coffee maker is great. However, I have not been able to register it because the process will not take the serial number that is on the machine. If there is a recall or some other problem i will not be reachable on the Keurig system. When I need another coffee maker it may not be a Keurig.
Love the sleek design and options. Easy to set up. Customizable features are great for each family member.
This is sleeker and take up less space then my old one. It doesn't need to heat up and the sets you can have for up to 3 ppl is great. I like that I can make ice coffee now and you can set your strength and temperature. This is a must have if you are looking to upgrade.
Our last Pod style coffee maker was good, it made good coffee....However, the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker makes GREAT coffee. I believe it all has to do with the way the water is injected into the pod with multiple streams. It just makes better coffee. Period
I absolutely love the Keurig coffee maker. The only thing negative that I can say and it does matter which model you are using as I have had several different models over the last 10 years. I have to replace them approximately every two years because they do not last due to a faulty circuit board.
My old Keurig just died and my new machine is not dispensing a 12 oz cup. It only comes out as an 8 oz cup and when I sent in a message about it doing that, all I got back was a canned message about checking the FAQs. Now I need to follow up yet again to try to get it fixed.
I purchased the new K-Supreme Plus to replace my old Keurig that didn't have a canister for water. I was tired of having to fill my water each time i made a cup. This new one looks pretty, nice and slick stainless, and the water tank is exactly what I wanted. However, now I can't use any of my previous refillable coffee pods- it would have been good to know before hand. I understand Keurig wants to make money by selling us their coffee pods, but I use a coffee that is made locally and I love it. I've been making it with my old Keurig for years. So Keurig made new refillable pods that supposedly work with this new coffee maker. I purchased two, they were obviously more expensive than any other pods on the market, but I was stuck. The new pods are clunky, and have a separate insert that makes them more difficult to clean. I accepted the inconvenience, although not particularly happy. The machine worked for a few cups of coffee- one week max. Now the new fancy pods aren't working. No matter what I do, I only get dirty water coming through into my cup. If Keurig wanted to make a new refillable K-cup, and charge more for it, that's fine. I understand capitalism and am willing to pay extra for a unique and convenient product. However, I need it to work. They have took a coffeemaker that was originally incredibly convenient, into a clunky mess. I'm back to my French press. I hope they fix this problem.
Have used this coffee maker just one week. Turned it on this morning and instantly smelled smoldering hot wires and it stopped working. We bought this one as an identical replacement for our last one that did the exact same thing only it at least lasted about 3years. I hope Keurig replaces this unit immediately. Out of coffee!
