The best pool leaf net I have purchased in 36 years of pool ownership. Very deep and sturdy compared to the normal cheap nets I have bought. Do not know about ability to self repair the net mesh, but even without that it would be worth it.

Finally, a leaf catcher net that catches pine needles! Deep design prevents spills. Skimmer net perfect size for quick cleanups.

too big and heavy in the water to maneuver in the pool to capture the leaves I think it was supposed to appear strong and well constructed , well they over did it. only plus side is it gives me a good upper body workout.
Be aware that the “repairable” netting is not like traditional skimmer nets. The material is very thick, stiff plastic that has a strong memory and constantly wants to stay wrinkled and twisted. Unlike normal netting, it floats instead of sinking with the skimmer, which makes bottom skimming frustrating. The netting tends to rise above the frame and restricts debris from entering the net. If you're expecting the feel or performance of a standard skimmer net, this will likely disappoint. Only consider it if you're willing to work around these issues.
