I've tried for a long time to make a good gluten free pie crust and even though I used the same ingredients in my own make-at-home flour mix, whatever the proportions are in this mix are exactly right. It is amazing, always turns out, and tastes so good that the non gluten free people can't tell. Thank you!

This pie crust mix was very good. I have used it many times and every time everyone loves it. Even people who eat gluten enjoyed this crust.

My 15 year old daughter made two pies for Thanksgiving with this crust. It stayed together and tasted delicious. Much better than the pre-made GF pie shells at the store. You need your own pie pan, roller, and a pastry cutter (makes life easier).

Gluten free is just more difficult, especially pie crust. It's dry and crumbly, but more water becomes mushy. But with patience and perseverance it can be dome.

This is hands down the BEST gluten free pie crust you can get. I have tried many other brands and even made my own from scratch, and nothing beats this crust mix. It comes out flaky and perfect every single time. I will never buy anything different!

Easy to mix and work with. Not overly sticky like some GF mixes. The taste is excellent and not overly sweet like some.

King Arthur GF cake mixes, muffin mix, brownie mix, pancake mix, all phenomenal! The GF pie crust needs more work. Very hard to work with, crumbles trying to make a pie, tastes salty. Also, after suggested bake time, it still looked like raw dough. This is horrible
