King Arthur Baking Company, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Gluten-Free Pie Crust Mix, 14 oz Box

I had given up on gf pie crust but this mix is phenomenal! I split one box into two so I could make a lemon meringue as well as some hand pies. It rolled out beautifully & held up when I cut cookie cutter shapes out of the top. It browned, it flaked, and it was absolutely delicious!! 10/10 recommend!

With apple season upon us, and tired of settling for apple crisp, I decided to try this GF pie crust mix. I read the reviews about needing more water than recommended on the box and found that to be the case also. I didn't concern myself with fancy crimped edges but did give the pie an egg wash and a dusting of sugar. The resulting pie was spectacular. Crust held nicely. It was flavorful and flaky. Yum! Will add this to my regular baking rotation.

I've tried for a long time to make a good gluten free pie crust and even though I used the same ingredients in my own make-at-home flour mix, whatever the proportions are in this mix are exactly right. It is amazing, always turns out, and tastes so good that the non gluten free people can't tell. Thank you!

This pie crust mix was very good. I have used it many times and every time everyone loves it. Even people who eat gluten enjoyed this crust.

This crust tasted so good! I just wish it stayed together better. But maybe the kitchen was too warm. But still an awesome crust!! Will definitely get it again!

GF pie crust is tricky. I've tried lots of recipes that are difficult in different ways. Finally I tried KA's mix. Wish I'd let them do the R&D from the beginning! It's not wheat pie crust but it's close!

King Arthur GF cake mixes, muffin mix, brownie mix, pancake mix, all phenomenal! The GF pie crust needs more work. Very hard to work with, crumbles trying to make a pie, tastes salty. Also, after suggested bake time, it still looked like raw dough. This is horrible

I made a mistake and ordered your gluten free pie crust and my daughter almost went crazy trying to form it into a crust. She thought it was a trick joke mix. The resulting pie was inedible.
