Just what I wanted and expected

Better than 5 stars!!!
I have diverticulitis and even tho this is for lactose, it helps my acid reflux and digestion of onions, salad, beans…(gasey foods) These are amazing and really fast working. I eat 2 before i eat cheese and i don't have gas or the symptoms from being allergic or unable to digest dairy. My friend has (IBS) irritable bowel syndrome and she said these worked better controlling her very sensitive stomach and diarrhea. I highly recommend these. They get double 10 stars from me!!!!!

I have been using Kirkland lactase products for years and they work just as well as Lactaid, in my opinion. Sure, I might have to take a few more, but it's still less expensive in the end. Satisfied customer.
