Beautiful stand mixer. Really nice quality. Works like a dream! I bought the glass bowl to replace the metal one it came with. Also purchased a cover to keep it clean and dust free.

This a high quality machine that I expect to last a long time. It is easy to use and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that I need to do a little mix and scrape the side and bottom before I start the actual mixing because stuff gets stuck on there, but that's normal I think for any mixer probably. I'm very happy with it and recommend it for sure if you want to spend the money.

I’ve wanted a stand mixer for a while. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend that much money on a mixer, but now that I have one I’m wondering why I ever hesitated buying one!

Little scratches found on the mixer itself which is alright and would not affect the functionality but the Dough Hook attachment it came with had chips and deep scratches. I wonder if this is really brand new or was from somebody who used it and returned it. Disappointed with the state it came with. I dont mind the scratches but the Dough Hook was really bad and unusable as chipped materials might get into the food.

Very disappointing experience. The mixer looks beautiful in matte black, but the performance is not good. The head does not lock properly, it moves while mixing, and the bowl keeps shaking. It makes it very hard to use and doesn’t feel stable at all. I expected much better quality for the price.

The KitchenAide mixer I received was broken. I turned it on to use %26 a load grinding sound started %26 it got really hot. Rerurned %26 will be buying a mixer from KitchenAide or BestBuy! Walmart stated this was an item they shipped for Marketplace. They should state that in the items discription a refurbished item sold from Marketplace

Missing the wisk attachment. Walmart wouldn't just replace wisk. only choice i was given is return for refund. i just wanted a replacement wisk. i didn't want to fedex it back and then order a new one after refund was returned. alot of trouble for something that shouldn't have been missing. they insisted it wasn't someone else's return but why else would the attachment be missing?

Order this mixer for my mom because hers had broke and they were on sale at Walmart (In Cream) Ordered four times and every time in a few days we got a message saying our order was canceled due to making the customer wait too long to receive it. Long story short we never did receive a mixer. Good luck trying to get one. What a joke.

Got this for my mom who always wanted a kitchen aid. My mom called me and told me as soon as she put it to max it was throwing sparks and almost caught fire.
