I was shocked at how well they worked on cutting the backbone out of the turkey I was spatchcocking. One of my boys was also very impressed with them when he did his bird, too. Probably one of the best kitchen products I have bought in ages and well worth the price. There are even covers for the shears included. Great buy!

Great Kitchen sheers. Work well. Cut with ease. Have not used the herb option and those tend to “get in the way” when opening up packages. But the quality of the sheers, alone, is excellent.

These "Kitchen Aid" scissors/shears are very nice. Note, the "Kitchen Aid brand" adds a chosen "want to have" item very much like Kitchen Aid stand mixers. There are equal to better scissos/shears available at a better price.

I wasn't sure if I'd need 2 pair, but I like the idea of keeping one for raw meat and one for cutting green onions and herbs, biscuits for casseroles, celery, cherry tomato's etc. they are sharp and comfortable in my hand. Clean up is a breeze, but you always should wash/rinse them as soon as you are done using them so they don't pack food in hard to clean places.

Great scissors especially when the price is a bargain

The handle on the scissors could be a little bit bigger for men with bigger fingers.

I have purchased many pairs of kitchen scissors with the purpose of cutting up poultry. These finally do the trick.

Sturdy and substantial while still easy to use.

Description says Kitchen Aid, but not up to Kitchen Aid quality. haven't tried on chicken bones yet, but hardly cuts paper or thin plastic. I really think these are knock-offs
