why bother with “organic”?
This product mixes well with water and a small amount of juice (to hide bland taste of psyllium—-not a negative critique of psyllium fiber—just a fact). I buy this organic version of the original because I hope organic psyllium is better for my family and me and the planet—-as we all know well, “organic” farming isn't just for those who consume the food/nutrient. It saves the environment from excess pesticides.

Amazing psyllium fiber
Everyone needs this. It is better than eating vegetables and fruits! I have been taking this for 17 years due to acid reflux and stomach ulcer. My GI doctor recommended this to me and I no longer have acid reflux and stomach ulcer. My hemorrhoids are gone, too. This is better than any medication. I highly recommend it! I wish that I can sell this product myself!

All Natural Fiber
Konsyl Organic Psyllium Fiber is made completely natural. No color added. I use this product everyday and would highly recommend it. I use it every morning.

Best fiber supliment on market
I have tried a few, and this is by far the best. Two tablespoons a day helps with my severe digestion issues. Tastes fine in water.

I believe this to be the highest quality and best psyllium husk supplement on the market. Excellent consistency and purity. NSF ingredient certified is crucial for purity confirmation.

Lower LDL
I'm surprised they don't talk about lowering LDL in the benefits list here. Fiber binds digestive bile salts, so instead of being recycled while food is digested, the liver must make more. It does so by pulling cholesterol out of the blood. I dropped my cholesterol by 89 points in 6 months by taking fiber just before my meals.

no doubt a healthy addition
This kind of fiber is not fun to eat, but it adds good fiber to the diet. It can be mixed in with other foods but I'm still aware of it. Taste is neutral. It can be a bit thick in texture. Its costly because it is organic but no doubt it's good for you. It's not disgusting, just not a pleasure either. That is fiber for you.
