I do like this product but have had much greater results from Kyoto Aged Black Garlic from Swanson's. I like the fact that this garlic has lecithin, which we all need but I just feel the other works better for MY body....very individual like all supplements. Nothing wrong with this product but I will stick with the Kyoto.

I like this product very much. There is no garlic odor breath and yet it has all the health benefits.it would have been nice if it had been the 200caps size bottle.
