Great deal for the price
i was getting my methyl folate 15 covered by my insurance and then all the sudden they stopped covering it. and this was the best deal i could find out there, and they work great.

Great for those with MTHFR mutation
Started taking this on recommendation of my PA due to having a heterozygous genetic mutation causing Methyl Folate Reductase Deficiency. Within a week I noticed that I was feeling better overall. However, I do not see the use for someone without the MTHFR mutation.
