I like the calming affect of Matcha Green tea and know it is a good natural source of L-Theanine. I thought I could utilize the capsule form supplement to help as a sleep aid as needed. When receiving it and having the warnings about other SSRI's decided against its usage. After further research Matcha is on average 20mg...the thought of trying 200mg left me concerned that higher amount might have a altered state affect.

This is my second bottle of L-Theanine. My son gave me the first one and when I started taking one pill of L-Theanine I began sleeping better and feeling more relaxed
