This best rest formula has a lot of the things that I want in a before bed vitamin - melatonin, gaba, l-theanine, valerian root, lemon balm, passionflower, chamomile. It doesn't have any unecessary additives. It is gluten free, non GMO and hypoallergenic. They are easy to swallow but on the bogger side. You have to take 2 for recommended dose. They do smell and taste like valerian root which is very strong and not the best smell. They help me relax and fall asleep at night as well which is the main thing for me.

First these capsules stink! They are pretty easy to swallow. You better be ready to go to bed pretty quickly after taking. I got a nice, solid nights rest, but they made me feel groggy most of the next day. This was by taking the recommended 2 capsules. I took just one the next time and I wasn't as groggy feeling. I like taking something natural to help me rest. These capsules do help you get to sleep quickly and get a solid nights rest, but I'm not happy with the hangover the next morning. Taking a lower dose helps with that issue.

I got these for my son who has the hardest time falling asleep. We have tried ZZZquil, Melatonin, nothing works. I tried these hoping they would work for him. They did not. That's not to say they may not work for someone who doesn't have such a problem as my son to fall asleep but for him they did not work.

On occasion we might need a little something to help us fall asleep. These do work for that but my complaint is you have to take two. Now, that might not normally big a big deal but the pills are pretty big, so some might have difficulty swallowing. They also kinda stink, not sure what's in em but just stinky to me. A lot of pills out there for this kind of thing, I think going with a one dose smaller pill is for me.

I have trouble sleeping at night or getting enough sleep so i waa hoping these would help me get morr sleep or just better sleep. I actually feel like i slept even less while taking these. Not every suppliment or pill works for everybody though. First thing i noticed is how bad the pills smell. As soon as you open the package there was an unpleasant odor. As soon as i smelled an individual capsule i was afraid it would make my breath stink. The pills are also fairly huge so drink lots of water witg them . Ultimately i just threw them out as they seemjngly had no effect on my sleep length or quality.
