this stuff is delicious but it has the sugar alcohol . next time I'm buying the pure 100% monk fruit..... apparently the sugar alcohol is linked to digestive issues and heart disease
I had to get used to this one, because it's came sugar so it's light brown, taste just slightly different, but your mind plays tricks on you. I really enjoy the taste in my coffee and cooking, I just use other for mixing my drinks because they are a brownish color no taste difference
I use 1:1 in place of sugar in my coffee, lemonade, etc. Very similar sweetness, I find it equivalent to raw sugar unlike Stevia which is horrible. Have not tried baking with it yet, but I did make some tapioca pudding that was very tasty. This Co. has an enormous product line I'd like to try but they are fairly expensive. I can't bring myself to pay $10 for a box of brownie mix no matter how good it is!
This monk fruit is the best. You would never know it was not sugar. It is great for cooking/baking.
I absolutely love the fact that this dies not have a weird aftertaste. I will say that I noticed my coffee does not stay hot as long when I use this instead of "regular" sugar.
I am newly diabetic and this monk fruit sugar substitute is awesome! It's not like the old days of the horrible "sweet n low" with that horrible after taste. I used it this past Thanksgiving in my sweet potatoes and it worked just fine!
You only diagnosed diabetic. The Golden, has a mild maple taste.. Possibly like a ex light brown sugar.. Great substitute for baking.! No complaints.!
taste great. Definitely recommend everyone to buy it
ordinarily I prefer using LaKanto products, but this monk fruit sugar substitute was found to be hard as a rock when the package was opened. The sweetener was ok, but needed grinding to make it similar to granulated sugar in texture.
Found out it's not great.
