Yummy keto mix
Used this batter for waffles and I am so pleased. Tasty and with butter and syrup on top. Can't even tell that it's keto. Always like to keep this stocked in my pantry.

Although this is a healthy pancake mix, it taste good. The texture is a little dry, but not to the point that it make the pancakes taste bad.

easy to prepare and tasks wonderful. I sometimes add sugar free chocolate chips to mine for a different taste.

Needs more work
The consistency of the mix was not at all like pancakes, and while you'd expect some difference since this is keto, this wasn't even close to the right taste or texture. They crumbled once cooked and the flavor was off. There isn't enough syrup to make these edible.
