Good quality
Great quality for the opening price point. Thin metal pipe which is fine for me. A little concerned about the end being plastic but it is exactly as advertised.

Next step up from louvered vent covers
Everything went great. The last couple of louvered vents deteriorated pretty quickly and would get stuck open. Hoping having the additional hood cover will help make it last longer. If not next time it's the SS models.

Incomplete Order
I ordered this to replace an old dryer vent. I received the vent attachment but the outside white cover to prevent animals from entering the vent was not included with my shipment. Guess I'll have to buy that separately. My hubby was not a happy camper when he opened the box.

Incomplete order
I ordered two Dryer Vent Hoods. A 3 in and a 4 in. The 3 in came with a cage which blocks access to birds and rodents. The 4 in hood did not include the cage.

Garbage
Item arrived bent and missing the plastic cover for the end. So it's absolutely unusable and worthless without it. Very unsatisfactory.
