this is the perfect fan tower fan I love the way it rotates that's that was a big plus for me when I was looking for a heater I just wish it had a remote timer so through your app so you could turn it on when you're away from home or turn it on you know whenever other than that this is a good solid product!
This thing is awesome I bought it specifically to replace a noisy heater we been using for years in are bedroom and it's quiet as a mouse absolutely recommend it and 50 bucks too you won't beat this heater remote too don't even have to get out of bed anymore added pics of this and the one it replaced again well worth the money
Overall, it works very well and has good features. I replaced a much older model that no longer rotated. The model operates heavily. It vibrates the floor and you can feel it if you're near it. That is the reason for the three stars. I am keeping it, but for this price point, it should not do that.
It doesn't heat up the room like my old one does. Oscillation doesn't turn much. I wouldn't recommend it. The first day of using, you can smell the strong odor of burnt coil.
I got my heater in January of this year 2025 and I've only use it a few times and it won't work it just keep stopping and blinking %2388 i keep unplugging but still keep doing the same thing and I don't know what's wrong with it and now winter is about to start again and I just try to see if it would work and the results are still the same
Beware! This heater melted the outlet it was plugged into. Nearly caused a house fire. Was plugged into a standard outlet that’s never had any problems. Lasko was unhelpful when contacted, hoping Walmart can still take care of a refund. Purchased the end of January, it’s now March, so lasted less than 2 months. The heater was on for about 10 minutes the day it melted it.
Returned this item. there was no intermittent type setting, kept causing my surge protector to flip and then my breaker to blow. I tried both the low and high settings as well as a temperature lower than what I desired in my room. example being I wanted my room to be 74° but I set the temperature at 62°. The automatic feature only works on high so the automatic temperature runs non-stop until the temperature reaches just above 62°. this feature then caused my surge protector to trip as well as the breaker after I reset the surge protector. Must just be too powerful for my home.
Worked great for the first week or two. Really liked that it provided warm heat, liked the oscillating function and the remote. However, after not using it for 1-2 weeks i plugged it in and used it like i had been before. After a few hours I smelled an odd smell and unplugged the heater, the plug was hot to the touch and it was melting around the prongs! After that i didnt feel it was safe and returned it to the store.
purchased in October andnnow its February and the unit will not turn on. moderate usage but definitely needed as we currently have over a foot of snow on the ground and more falling. costly for such a short life span. we use it to heat our front windows to keep condensation down.
I plugged it in and it worked for about 1 min then quit working. Unplugged it for 10 mins, then tried again. It powers on and buttons work but doesn’t blow anything, no heat. Unplugged it put back in box to return. My husband got home a few hours later and tried it again, it started working- blowing heat for one minute, then quit working again. I’m returning it! Lasko used to be a reliable brand. Oh and all the reviews that speak of the smell, this heater smells like something is burning when it did work for the few minutes. Something isn’t right about this heater. I should’ve went with other negative reviews. Do not purchase this heater.
