This headache sinus medicine is exactly what I was looking for. Too many of these medications include an expectorant, which causes dizziness for me. I also cannot take pseudoephedrine, like many others, as it causes heart palpitations. It's great to find this medication and at an affordable price. It works perfectly on sinus headaches, as well as congestion in both the ears and the nasal passages.
