I have noticed a huge difference when taking lemme tone versus not. I feel more energized as well as lean. My workouts feel like they are making a bigger impact on my body when I take these vitamins and have noticed my arms looking more defined.

So, I have been taking these gummies for a few months now and I am not sure if they are doing for me what other people say they are doing for them. I try to work out most days and take these gummies in the morning, but my workouts are in the afternoon.... May have to adjust taking them before I go to the gym... not sure, but like the other products I take from Lemme, they do taste good and hopefully I will see some results soon.

I didn't have much time to know if this product worked for me, but I experienced many negative side effects after taking Lemme Tone for 2-3 weeks, which I now know is due to the Zingiber Officinale (Ginger Root). I experienced GI issues, dysuria, belly button pain, and had to visit several doctors. Buyer use caution is all I want to say.
