[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The specs on this tablet are not that great. You have to try it to see how good it is. Lately I have bypassed the reviews because what works for or don't work for others may or may not work for me. This tablet is what I need and then some. Just try it!
If you're looking for a lightweight, fast, and beautifully designed Chromebook, the Lenovo Ideapad Duet 5 is absolutely worth every penny. I was honestly blown away by how much value this little 2-in-1 powerhouse delivers.
This is a very good Chromebook!! This is my second of this model. Very fast efficient and love the 2 in 1. Highly recommended!!
there's not a whole lot you can do on it unless it's connected to the internet, which is to be expected with a chromebook, i suppose. aside from that, the only issue i've had so far is the lack of accessories available for this particular model, like cases and stylus pens. which isn't absolutely necessary for use of the laptop, but just something to note.
Can't get it set up.Would like to return it
I had high hopes for this tablet after seeing one in the store. It was out of stock locally so I ordered one through the Walmart app. Immediately upon unboxing the unit I realized the screen had hairline cracks running through it. The screen wouldn't work at all. I unfortunately had to box the item back up and take it to my local Walmart to have it shipped back to the 3rd party seller. I am still waiting for my refund 5 days after dropping the package off at the Walmart customer service counter as indicated by the return instructions.
Not what I ordered
Bought a year ago for my teenage daughter. Screen broke while carrying Chromebook inside backpack, on the bus from school. The touch screen has some nice features but you won't be able to enjoy it for long. Extremely fragile!! Repair price from Lenovo same as buying a new one which of course is not going to happen. I don't recommend this product at all. It is not worth the money. We have 3 year old iPads and 2 year old Samsung Chromebook and a 5 year old HP laptop that have fallen several times, never serviced and are as good as new.
Didn't get the product I ordered. Pathetic.
