I think that this product is better than any other for a fiber supplement. Drink with water or juice plus your regular daily water and you will be happy that you tried it.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Excellent product, have been using Leonflax off and on for over a year now and absolutely love it! I have even recommended it to friends and they are using it now to. It's great for keeping you regular and less bloated and the ingredients are super healthy!
