Better than the one i had before

I was looking for an exact replacement. This particular model is discontinued. Walmart had one and the price was about what I expected.

Purchased for small apartment. Cools the space great. Seems to be energy efficient. Nice look, love the remote being it was installed up high.

Good product it is replacing another one of the same model about 10 years old.

We had one two years ago and it stopped cooling. I guess it’s one year warranty expired right on schedule. But in an emergency situation we needed another one and so far it’s performing as expected. We hope it lasts longer than it’s one year warranty.

Big unit, the brackets for holding the unit in a window will ruin your siding if not careful. Very LOUD unit. Can hardly hear the TV in the same room

Walmart shipped wrong product. Was not what I ordered. Got the run around trying to get assistance as to what to do. Then was told by an online rep they could only 30% because of the amount of price difference. This survey has the wrong model of what I actually received.

Item was found to be broken only after installation 😝

They need to just call their suppliers and do the world a favor and stop making this junk. piece of junk lasted 2 months and blows almost warm air. it's loud and heavy, and now it's going to be a pain in my side trying to get this pile of junk out of my house. im already in the process of contacting LG.. good luck to you if yours works.

Upon opening box, it was very clear that this item was not new. We decided to install it anyway figuring it didn't matter if it was new or not as long as it worked. The unit did not work, the outlet was getting power but the ac wasn't. The buttons on the plug weren't clicking so I'm thinking that may have been the culprit. Either way, I scheduled a pickup to return the item. And will be ordering from Amazon instead.
