Since I started taking it last year, it immediately started strengthening my bones and my hip pain went away.
This supplement has miraculously improved my bone density. I have been using it for over 5 years and each time I've had a DEXA scan since, my numbers have been getting better and better. Highly recommend!! It's expensive but worth it!!!!

I believe that this formula has helped me since starting to take it about a year ago. At 73 I have had some issues for years and now see if not improvement yet at the very least no further decline. I am being vague due to restrictions of commenting about specifics. I have read plenty of articles on research looking for answers. Definitely recommend.
Full disclosure: I don't take bone collagen because I have symptoms but as recommended by a physician for advanced osteoporosis. I compared five collagen and calcium supplements, including Life Extension and considered how easy the pills were to swallow, their taste, and their impact on digestive system. Life Extension's formula stood out with its smooth texture and lack of unpleasant aftertaste. I experienced no bloatin, gas, or upset stomack after taking this supplement, While I can't speak to long-term benefits yet, the product's consumer-friendly design makes it a standout product.
I purchased this because I knew I needed to take Collagen - but I kept forgeting to use the powder I have. So I purchased this. Have only been taking less than 2 weeks and my fingernails are sooooooooooooooo strong, just in that short time period. No telling how much good it is doing to my muscles, etc Plus with all the added vitamins, etc. Just WOW %26 will continue to buy.
