I am nearly 82 and was told 2 or 3 years ago my bones were thin and I should take a prescription medicine that keeps old bones to strengthen my old bones. This theory is beyond logic so I went to Life Extension and found what they recommend. Bone Restore with Vitamin K2, Bone Strength Formula with KoAct. This combo is taken twice daily. I am happy with it and believe the next time I am checked for bone loss it will have improved.

This was recommended to us for use with other supplements for cancer treatment. We've only used it for a little bit, so it's hard to tell if it will help in any way.

I recently switched from Unique E. And frankly, if they made a half-sized version, I'd stick with them. But their product as it is, is a bit "too much of a good thing". There is such a thing as taking too much vitamin E and Unique E is on the high end. So, I switched. That said, I do think that this product should have a bit more D-Alpha. Yes, I know the emphasis is on the D-Gamma. But the conventional D-Alpha is important too. If this had around 100 mg of D-Alpha instead of 30, I would consider it ideal. Also, I wish they would specify exactly how much gamma, beta, delta it has, rather than just say 360 mg mixed. The other product also says "proprietary" mix too, unfortunately.
