Capsules are large so could be hard to swallow for some . Im getting some relief from inflammation after a couple weeks of use.

I have pretty severe arthritis and idiopathic urticaria, with red swollen joints on my hands and back and raised burning itching welts that make me feel like I'm going to go insane when it is really bad. I started with 1 in morning and felt energized but still had leg and hip pain. I upped it to 2 and was good for hours. I'm taking 2 more around 4 or 5 and now I'm good all day. Still need ibuprofen and/or ice at night once in a while, and I haven't felt this good in a long time.
