Great product! When my doctor told me I needed to limit my melatonin to a few mcgs (as opposed to mgs), I wasn't sure where to turn. I couldn't even find such a low dosage in stores. My wife did some research and found this one. It's natural and exactly the dosage I need. I really appreciate this product, and it's really helping with my sleep!

Low enough dose that you don't get a hang over but still fall asleep. Only brand that doesn't give me heartburn.

Normally melatonin makes me groggy in the morning, this one does not. It has really helped my sleep.
