Life Extensions Super Absorbable Tocotrienols, vitamin E as D - alpha : Is Amazing. Several days after I started taking this I saw a difference in my skin!!! I'm 71 and this is making my skin look so much better than it was before!!! Amazing just Amazing. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Vit E along with with several other vitamins is a FAT SOLUBLE VITAMIN. It Must Be taken with some form of Fat to be absorbed!!! I take it and my other fat soluble vitamins like D3 and Omega3s with a Tablespoon of Olive Oil. I drink some water that is okay the fat is still in your stomach for good absorption. This is an excellent source of Natural E. I have been and will be making this my daily routine. I'm very happy with your Tocotrienols supplement. Dr. Berg's recommended it. My friend is also taking it for the same reason. We both would really appreciate it if you would sell this in a larger quantity. For the reasons we are using it, we need to re-order too often. Thank you very much for having such a quality product.
