These gel caps are large but with liquid they go down easily. For the price you receive a good amount of dosages. Also I puncture one a d apply the Vitamin E oul to my skin.

I follow Dr. Berg on Youtube and he recommended taking a vitamin E supplement, but only those that contain both tocopherols and tocotrienols, as that is more effective than the typical synthetic E which misses some key attributes.

I take one every day

Three times a day I take one of these capsules of Gamma Vit. E. They have significantly decreased the number of leg cramps that I have from tamoxifen, a prescription I must take for at least 5 to 10 years. The Gamma Vit. E plus good hydration are helpful for this side effect. I decided to try Vit. E because I read a couple of studies and some anecdotes that suggested it might be useful.

This product is far superior to many other brands of Vitamin E. This is a combination of Tocopherols and Tocotrienols, and made with Rice Bran oil, not the cheap soy oil. The human body requires both of these substances in combination to absorb the benefits of the Vitamin E. I feel energized, and my endurance is enhanced.
