LIFE-FLO Unscented Magnesium Lotion, 8 fl oz

For anyone who suffers from leg cramps like I do, I HIGHLY recommend this lotion. I shared it with my neighbor friend and she also raves about it and bought it for her family members. It truly works! The moisturizing benefits are just an added bonus.

This helps you sleep. I don't know if this is what did it but I've been putting it on. I heard you were supposed to put it on the bottom of your feet.

I happened to buy this for my leg muscles. I work and am on my feet five hours a day and my leg muscles are very sore. After purchasing this LifeFlo Magnesium lotion I honestly see a huge difference. I rub my legs with the lotion before I go to work and before bedtime. It has helped the soreness extremely well and now can leave work and actually walk to my car with so much more ease. I'm grateful I found this medicated lotion. It certainly is worth a try.

I had pains in my leg that was annoying...and it kind of created a restless leg thing. I used this cream for 2 days and it went away! I will still use it every few days just as a preventive. My husband used it on his sore ankle and it took the pain away.

I have scoliosis, bone spurs and sciatica! I have been decompressed weekly for five months! This lotion seems to eliminate much of my pain and makes it tolerable! I wish it had a pump. The stiff container is so hard to squeeze!

Good product. Only thing I would change is the packaging it comes in. It comes in a small stiff bottle so getting the lotion out of the bottle takes a little effort. Would be better in a flexible squeeze tube.

my only down side of this product is the bottle. lotion is too thick to be squeezed out for my old arthritic hands. But by storing it upside down, removing the cap %26 squeezing it works just fine. Nice product %26 fast delivery.

I purchased this product to assist with my ever increasing restless leg symptoms and aid in deeper sleeping abilities. It is unscented perfect for me. The pump on the container doesn't work and the lotion itself is thick, greasy and takes a lot of rubbing for a lengthy time to ever feel comfortable that I wasn't leaving it on where ever I sat or was lying down. For exactly that reason I would not recommend this product. I also don't believe it's a good value for the money.

I seem to have received a defective one. I've purchased this before from another site and the product was great and had a nice smell this one I received from walmat smells rotten.
