Light Walnut, Varathane Premium Fast Dry Wood Stain-262015, Quart

Color is exactly as it shows online on pine. would be nice to include a picture of how different woods look with this stain applied to them. It matched very well with what we already had in our home. Smooth and easy application.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I compared several stain options, trying to stay within budget, but ultimately chose this brand—even though it was a bit more expensive—and I'm so glad I did. The quality and finish were absolutely worth it. The prep work was the most labor-intensive part, but the final result exceeded my expectations. This was my first time refinishing a table of this size, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. For reference, I applied an extra coat of polyurethane and allowed plenty of drying time between coats. That extra step made a big difference in achieving a smooth, flawless finish.

Product did a wonderful job on my kitchen cabinets. It made the cabinets look like they were brand new again. It was also extremely easy to use. It did take longer than an hour to dry. But an excellent product.!

This stain works great for our trim and interior doors, we mix two colors to get the right shade to match the rest of the house trim. Make sure to use a conditioner first on unstained wood to get an even application. It dries as stated and then we seal with a polyurethane.

Goes on well and dries fast

This is one of the best stains on the market today!

I used this to restore a hutch. It went on nicely but I let it sit for 48 hours before taking a clean damp cloth to it and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. Only thing I did not like was the smell. I have used this product before without a harsh smell but this one was very over the top.

Nice finish, but much darker than “light walnut” as described, and yes I only let it sit for a few minutes and wiped it off, per the directions.

I did not receive the product, nor the refund. I also want to report that no one from customer service provided real assistance. Although they claimed to be helping, the issue was never resolved. This is not just about the money; it is about how poorly the order was handled from beginning to end. Customer service was dishonest and unprofessional, which reflects poorly on Walmart.
