The quality of this trike %26 thickness of the seat is better than expected. However, I did not expect that I would have to put the whole thing together. There are so many parts, it's still sitting on my porch, waiting for me to put together. I got it for my 89 year old dad, but I'm disabled and can't sit long enough to assemble it. It's sad really, because it is too complicated to put together. I do recommend this trike, the color, quality, just make sure you have someone that understands how the chain, breaks, and other parts go together %26 work. It's beyond me. I guess I thought it would already be assembled.

So much fun, I bought 2. the 7 gears make it easy to go up the hills. My husband has a disability that he needs to exercise every day. I wouldn't do it so I bought the Tricycle to ride for the exercise. He absolutely loves it. Now he wants to go all the time. Easy to put together. The manual was easy to follow. The frame folds for easy storage.

Lilypelle shipped the wrong size bike from what I actually ordered. i ordered a 26" and halfway through assemble, and I realized it was a 24". Waiting for word on my refund for the price difference, the 26 inch was about $20 cheaper than the 24 inch. Not Wal-Mart error, done at Lilypelle.

the bike literally came in pieces with limited assembly instructions. unless you are a master mechanic like i am, pay a bike shop to assemble it for you. I would guess $100. dollars. If you choose to assemble the bike yourself, plan to speed a day of frustrating time via trial and error putting it together. As a master transmission mechanic it took me most of an 8 hr day of working out deciphering the manual. Once it was finally assembled and all the cable adjustments were tweaked out, again via via trial and error, it seems to be a some what decent ride. Note: Assembling this bike yourself, is not for the faint of heart sidewalk mecchanic.

Third party customer service is awful. We purchased for Aunt. She was unable to use. We asked to return. Option was to disassemble and put back in original box and third party charge us 20% restocking fee. Third party recommend we just keep it and try to sell it ourselves. And they would be willing to give us a 30.00 good will credit. What a joke. Do Not Buy this Product

Shipper was supposed to send me a return label. It took that month over a month. And when they sent me the return label, it was expired. So FedEx has been attempting to pick this up for 3 days until they realized it was expired. Thank goodness on purpose.

I ordered the bike in red and got a message from Walmart that I could pick a different color and they would send it to me free of charge for the inconvenience. I was still charged for the bike. When it arrived the frame was bent in places, parts were hard to attach because things were bent. I had to take it to a bike shop and spend more money to have it checked for over an hour. I do not recommend it is poorly made, hard to assemble and I still paid full price for not getting what I ordered.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! You failed to mention this was a 'rebranded' Mooncool item with terrible reviews, mismatched parts %26 tools making safe assembly impossible. I tried to take my 2 bikes too professional bicycle shops-to PAY FOR ASSEMBLY-and tnone would touch them ! I want a full refund .

The product: While the manual itself worked to get the trike assembled in the generally correct way, it wasn't an exact match to the model sent and other tools had to be used to get it assembled properly (the seat needed a stronger wrench to keep it stabilized, which wasn't a part of the toolkit sent). Some of the instructions were vague, though were easily fixed upon adjusting assembly. Unfortunately, parts of the tricycle still didn't line up properly even with on-the-fly adjustments. The rear fenders kept scraping against the tires, the rear brakes (despite being adjusted properly) only sometimes worked, and the derailleur snapped out of position and got the chain caught in the chain cover when it failed. The derailleur completely bent out of shape from a ride alongside an evenly paved road. The tricycle also struggled with the smallest of inclines. The basket barely held together no matter how tight I placed the metal tabs to secure it in shape. No matter how tight I set the handlebars in place so it wouldn't move or rotate, it would rotate out of position with short distances and a few turns anyway. The seller: Still awaiting a refund after several email exchanges, including attempting to verify with photo evidence that the product is ready to be shipped back twice now. They seem to be hesitant to give refunds despite me asking within the return period and having a warranty on this product. Will update if they finally send the return label.

Bike was extremely hard to put together, when I did try to return it they really didn't want to take it back. I ended up having to keep it and only got $60 back. Do not buy this bike unless you are positive you want to keep it my son tried to ride it and couldn't and returning. It was a nightmare and we were not able to the above statement is what we ended up doing again do not buy this bike on the chance you may have to return it because it won't work.
