It's really large!! When they say XL it is so if you have multiple cats this is great. My cat is a large cat so the regular size box she was scratching the sides and making a mess. This is so much better. Quality is ok sides are high enough, holds a ton of litter very happy.

Love the high sides and the extra room inside for proper use. So far the connection point hasnt leaked any fluid through during higher urination. I got the XXL. It does take more litter but that also helps with less debris sticking to the bottom of the pan.

These are really good litter boxes and the cost makes them a great value. This is the smaller one, and they have a shield that goes around them to keep the litter in the box. Easy to scoop and keep clean with good litter. The included scoop is useless to me because the open spaces are too wide to get everything. Just buy a good scoop and you'll be happy with it.

I wanted something with high sides so my cat didn't pee over the top of the box. This is plenty high enough- at times when she pees high, it does go under the sides at time but not past the lip. Hope that makes sense- basically I have to take the high sides off at times to wipe it but it never runs down the outside of the box. Also, this has plenty of space. I wish it came with a top.

This was a big upgrade for my pet indoor chicken. She tends to scatter feed, and the walls prevent it from getting all over the place. I wish I'd have bought one years ago. It's perfect.

Glory to God for this purchase. Best litter box ever. No lid to remove, easily accessible for scooping, nice sturdy construction and perfect size for two cats and a reasonable price. Quite pleased. Praise God.

Love the size! Needs a large box of litter when first assembled. I got rid of my self cleaning one for this and a smaller one, and I'm so happy I did. The size makes it easier on the cat and cleaning. Scoop it at least daily and everybody's happy.

The bottom of the box is solid and doesn't flex easily. It's not flimsy like some litter boxes. The top shield of this litter box snaps firmly onto the bottom box part so a bump by my big boy when he's turning around wouldn't dislodge it. The ample size would be great for my big boy. . I purchased this litter box believing the top part had a downward extension on the inside that extended below the seam between the top part and the bottom part. Instead, the top and the bottom merely rest upon each other. Any urine spray that hits the upper part can run down and settle into the meeting crack between the top and the bottom. . If the inside lip extended just 1/4" to 3/8" below the meeting seam, it would mostly prevent urine that hits the upper part from bleeding a little into the seam. As is, it would need regular cleaning by removing the top from the bottom to clear out any urine, or it could smell. . The price is great, but it's not quite what I'd hoped for. For someone who is price conscious and willing to put in a regular cleanup of the seams by removing the top, I'd say it's a good buy.

I like the higher sides that keep my cats from doing their business outside the litter box, but the top only sits on the bottom. It does not snap on, which makes it difficult to move in %26 out of the cabinet it's in.
