Dissolves easily in room temperature water and even quicker in warmer . Even though it says no flavor there is a very slight taste but not overpowering at all like many others. I've only been using consistently for a few weeks , so can't comment on visible benefits BUT thanks to the seller for prompt delivery!👌

I've been using this for years and start to wonder if it's beneficial. Then was told to stop by dr re health issue . After surgery I started back, my nails, hair and joints are improving. I mix it in juice because I find it does change taste of my coffee.

The problem with the powdered collagen is that there is a cloud of powder ever time you open it. Everything else is good I just think the product is going into the air when it shouldn't.
