Well I can notice the difference in the color of my skin. It's doing its job and it's gentle, you don't even realize you took it, no side effects that's what I like. I love the ingredients in it all natural with no magnesium stearate. The ingredients you cannot beat! I will always use this when I need to detox and cleanse my system. This doesn't mess up my stomach or anything.

I do feel less bloated while taking. Came with cotton so capsules weren't messy inside, along with safety seals. No smell or taste when taking, so it's super easy to add to a supplement routine.

looks like natures craft changes their label. I yelled at by my wife for ordering the wrong product.
