I love this extract.

Has balanced sweet vanilla taste right out of bottle, whereas McCormick tastes bitter and not like vanilla. At similar price per ounce, choose this one for sure.

LorAn Oils Vanilla is the truest tasting vanilla I have found. Best by taste test.

Good - but not as flavorful as I had hoped.

I didn't realize it was vanilla bean PASTE. I've never used past before but have been substituting, its been working fine and has great taste but am going to switch back to liquid vanilla extract.

I do a lot of baking at home from breads and granola to cookies and waffles and I go through a lot of vanilla. I tried this one given it's good reviews and the price but the comparison of this vanilla to the last batch of safe, Mexican vanilla that I had was night and day. The previous vanilla I had was brown but crisp and clear whereas this is cloudy looking and not appealing. For someone less concerned about quality, this is probably fine but vanilla shouldn't be cloudy given the ingredients...so that makes me very suspicious of what is actually in this! While most vanilla has an alcohol base, they still smell pleasant. I find this to smell more like disinfectant than something I want to add to my recipes.

I thought for sure since it had NO additives it would have a delightful taste. It smells wonderful but the taste is disappointing. Going back to my organic one.
