⭐ Review for Louisiana Homestyle Chicken Fry This one definitely gets five stars. I added a little lemon pepper seasoning to the mix, and it was delicious. My husband loved it, and the crust came out nice and crispy — five‑star‑restaurant delicious. I followed the directions but added my own method: beat 2 eggs with a little heavy cream, put the mix in a zip‑lock bag, dropped in the chicken wings, shook it all up, heated my deep fryer to 350°, and cooked them for 10 minutes. Perfect results.
