Very good fish coating
This is our favorite fish coating. The spices are very good, not too spicy, which is what we like. The texture is great and works very well in coating the fish (swai) we use in big family fish frys. I always have packages of it on hand and will continue to buy it.

Happy this is available again
This has been hard to find for months. We use this to cut one of their other mixes to reduce the overall salt content. Not sure I understand why the mix with no seasoning is more expensive than the mix with seasoning, but the odd pricing seems to be consistent no matter where you buy it. Just happy WM has it!

Great Convenient Mild Spice Breading
This fish fry breading is great on seafood but also on other food like chicken, okra, or tomatoes. It is seasoned nice with a hint of spice and crisps up nice. However sometimes it fails to stick. To minimize the chance wet what you are breading first. I know most breading you want to pat dry but this needs to be moist. This will allow it to stick well usually but it is not perfect. If it doesn't look like it is sticking when you start to fry it pull it out and recoat it to build up another layer of breading and try again.

So good
This fish fry goes so well with the catfish I catch and pan fry. It has just a little bit of spice to it and has a wonderful flavor to it. I can honestly say that this is hands down my favorite fish fry.

Taste so good!
The value is a steal for how good this fish fry taste! I normally do not eat fried food and I always season my food but thank goodness I did not season with this fish fry it was so good I had to buy the chicken one for my family! You do not need to season when using! You will love this so much!

No Substitutes, please!
I did not order nor do I prefer, Louisiana Lemon brand, I ordered Andy's Yellow brand. However, it was substituted for the Louisiana Lemon brand. I have not seen the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE option to check or mark.
