Got this to monitor heart rate and origination of the blood, make sure the systems are up to snuff. Compared it to what my physician uses and they read alike, so it is accurate Packaged well, arrived in good shape, and has more functions that I am likely to use. Great portability and that matters, it dies me no good sitting in a drawer.

I bought this for my mom to check her oxygen level to ensure she was getting enough oxygen. I compared the results from the oximeter with the results from both her medical doctor and her physical therapist's oximeter and they were right on! If you tend to have cold hands, I would recommend trying a different finger in order to get an accurate reading.

Quick read an seems to be pretty accurate. Reads both pulse and oxygen levels. Takes two aaa batteries and starts with a press of a button and turns off fairly quickly after finished using.

An essential for your home medical kit. Goes on finger measures Pulse and O2 quickly. Pair with your Blood Pressure Wrist cuff and quick measure temperature measure and you have a great kit for basic vitals. No home, etc should be without this gem.

Lots of fine print information but after reading and rereading, I had to google essential info about time for readings to register: 8 seconds. That's a pretty big negative.

Works well, but instructions are horrible. They need clear pictures of how to open item %26 insert batteries. Item comes with Lanyard, which I really want to use. No picture nor any information re: how to attach lanyard. 2 adults so far can figure out how to do that. Too bad, Your rating sits at a 3 because of this. Use Pictures, big %26 clear!! "A picture is worth 1,000 words!!!"

I have tried everything to get this thing to work. I put the batteries it came with in. Nothing. I thought maybe the batteries died during delivery so put new batteries in. Nope. Nothing. So I spent money as a nurse to get a meter to take to work with me so I could check my patients vitals and it doesn't even work.

When I received the device I could not get it to work. I changed to new batteries and still nothing. I had to return it to the store. I am not sure if it was damaged in shipping because it was in an envelope but maybe shipping in a box would be better. Just my suggestion. I had to purchase a different one.

I ordered 2 if these for my mother and had them shipped to her. i thought i was getting a great price, however I'm just finding out from her that neither one worked. My mother didn't want to tell me at first because she didn't want me wasting my money again.

today is the 21st it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th it's label was created but that was it never shipped or delivered it just magically disappeared what a joke
