I love love my Magic Chef Ice Maker. Makes more ice than I can use lol. I bag it up and put it in my freezer. I have no bad comments to say about it.

Need ice? Here is the problem solver!
My freezer doesnt have an ice maker, so this is the best item to fix that problem. I am very happy with my purchase.

I like it
Looks nice. Bullet shaped ice. Ice does melt quickly and is recycled. Machine is sort of loud when the fan kicks on.

Great when it works, but died within 90 days.
This thing is absolutely amazing... as long as it is working, which wasn't even 90 days. Mind you, I eat ice like it's going out of style, so I kept it on all the time, and this machine cranks it out like clockwork. The ice is softer and will melt faster (but I liked that) so just use more ice if you want it with a drink. Walmart.com wouldn't allow me to return it (buyer beware), but with the manufacturer's warranty Magic Chef reimbursed me for the full amount less tax. The return process was seamless. I received a response within 24 hours with instructions to send a picture of cutting the cord. I got the check in a week or so. (1 star, because it didn't last relatively any time, but 5 stars for easily getting my money back. No harm, no foul. Hence, 3 stars.

Mines came in defective….I couldn't get it to make ice. I know they do work well when they're no defects.

When I got the countertop ice maker it did not work. At all. Never made one ice cube. Could have been broken in shipping because there were no markings on box to say "KEEP UPRIGHT".

The dang thing never got cold, or even cool for that matter! Kept it plugged in and running for two days, and it did not produce one piece of ice
