What matters is the efffectiveness of the supplement, which in my experience definitely helps with my strength as I don't fatigue as easily when doing physical work. Price is very good also.

CONSIDER THIS TYPE OF MAGNESIUM
WITH LOW MAGNESIUM, MY PHYSICIAN WANTED THIS TYPE OF MAGNESIUM AND MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE TO BE TAKEN DAILY.. SIZE OF TABLETS ARE EASY TO SWALLOW..GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

poor quality product
They do not stay intact. There is a big pile of powder in the bottom of jar. I would say atleast 4 or more pills worth. They crumble in your hand or if you put them down on any surface, before taking them.

Pill dissolves and ruins several other pills.
This tablet dissolves and eats in to other pills you may have for your daily vitamins. It ruins several other pills in the container. Also I now wish I had ordered magnesium CITRATE because people with kidney stone history should take CITRATE formulas, NOT CHLORIDE.
