As an ibs c girly I was constipated for days and I took 3 of these bad boys and it had me cleared out within 5 hours… I'm talking straight liquid with no cramping or pain, feels like a colonoscopy prep😂
This has helped a lot with my ibs-c. I go every day without pain. Don't forget to drink water. It also helps with sleep. I have trouble sleeping and am prescribed sleeping medication and these help better than the prescribed ones. Make sure you get this mg. 1000.
I have found this to be a very great product. I searched around on the internet and found this to be the best price and the most mg. It has helped tremendously with my ins-c. It also helps with sleep so I take it at night. It's a great product. I will tell anyone to try it. I can go every day and it doesn't hurt. Not to be telling 😂

This does NOT say anywhere on the bottle Maximum Absorbency like it claims to be! Absolutely misleading! This doesn't work as good at all compared to the last brand I was using.
I got these online %26 they weren't as good as other brands out on market. They work but they seemed cut with sugar or dry milk, so I had to take 4 of them per day instead of 2 of the other brand at the same 1,000mgs per “2 cap serving “
i didnt received my order order was delivered in unknown place according to the picture that was send to my phone for proof of delivery. no one reach out me or anything i call all i received is the round around but you took my hard earrning money this is unacceptable. i would like my refund for a order that wasnt received.
