Excellent buy.
Price-to-product ratio is great, the capsules are easy to swallow (albeit rather large) and contents dissolve quickly. Wonderful when taken to prevent muscle cramps or for use as a laxative -- do so sparingly as the effects are strong!

dosage too high
This is 3-5x the recommended daily dose for any human. Also, it stays in your system a few days, so if you take it several days in a row, you will get diarrhea, with no warning. Fortunately, I was at home when it happened. Cleanup was bad, and I had to throw away stuff. I haven't taken any since, but will probably break the capsules down and have tiny pinches every few days. If I dare.

Not Magnesium Citrate
The container and online description is deceiving. This is a magnesium complex. The supplement facts do not break down the amount of citrate and oxide.

Product is not as shown on the site. Diff label.
The label shown on the website and the label on the actual productg are different. I will be returning the product as it is not what was pictured. Different 'ingredients'.
